
These classes are for those who already have some kind of consistent practice (weekly classes, individual practice, etc) and want to advance a little faster. I'll help you with a little more challenging asanas or break them down to help you with your first approach to asanas that are considered more complex or difficult (but it might not be for you).
We will also talk about how to practice yoga out of the mat.
