Earthing - grounding mats, covers, shoes, etc

I have been using their (Universal, car and yoga) mats since the time the Universal mat had a blue back side. I can't really quantify how much it helps me because if you know me, you know I do a lot of things to keep healthy. I have one 'miracle' story though: I was caring a big box that prevent me to see where I was stepping...and going down a staircase. I thought I reached the last step, but I did not...so you can imagine, Ely and the big box on the floor. After that, I spent the rest of the day limping.
